Service Description

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a tool for anyone who has suffered from or experinced overwhelm, fatigue, burnout, anxiety, irritability, or grief. This potent practice can elevate spirits, liberate pent-up emotions, enhance sleep and relaxation, bolster physical well-being, and offer a multitude of other benefits. Through this method of active mouth-breathing, individuals can forge a profound connection with their physical selves and their innermost essence. Breathwork creates a nurturing environment for participants to experience and express their emotions, paving the way to a state of tranquility, insight, and serenity. Disclaimer: Breathwork practices can have profound effects on both the mind and body, but they are not suitable for everyone. Here are some common contraindications for participating in breathwork sessions: Cardiovascular problems, including angina, heart attacks, or history of heart disease. High blood pressure that is not controlled with medication. Glaucoma or retinal detachment. Osteoporosis or significant risk of fractures. Recent surgery, especially on the chest or abdomen. Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia. Severe asthma; while gentle breathwork may be beneficial, consult with a healthcare provider. Epilepsy, especially if breathwork includes hyperventilation. Personal history of aneurysms. Pregnant women, particularly in the later stages of pregnancy, should consult with their healthcare provider. Any severe medical condition or if you are under a doctor's care for a potentially serious medical condition. It's important to note that this list is not exhaustive. Anyone interested in starting breathwork should consult with a healthcare professional, particularly if they have any health concerns or conditions. Additionally, breathwork facilitators should screen participants for these contraindications to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals involved.
