Unless you have received a direct invitation from Meg or Amanda, please connect directly before making any retainer payment. If you go ahead and pay first without speaking with me, and we later determine this retreat isn’t the best fit, your refund will only cover a portion of the deposit. Unfortunately, fees associated with both receiving and returning the payment will be deducted. Let's ensure this journey is the right match for you before moving forward!

Your Flights
Please plan to arrive at Dublin Interntional Airport (DUB), Dublin, Ireland on April 12, 2026. Check-in at Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport is after 2PM. They have a shuttle running every 30 minutes, 24-hours per day and will allow you to leave your luggage before check-in if you want to explore Dublin. Reminder: meals are not included on this day.
Note: The hotel is about a 20 minute taxi or Uber ride from Dublin City. They run about 25-30 Euros.

Please plan your departing international flight back to your home country from Dublin Interntional Airport (DUB) Dublin, Ireland on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at any time. IF you need to leave on Tuesday, April 21, please do not schedule your flight before 7PM. Reminder, dinner on April 21 is not included. Breakfast on the 22nd is!

You may plan to arrive early or depart later from Ireland for more adventures at your own expense and arrangement. If you are coming early, plan to meet at the Clayton Hotel at 11AM on Monday, April 13, 2026 OR schedule your own transportation to Sligo planning to arrive no later than 5pm. We will supply the address and directions if necessary.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before midnight on December 13, 2025:
Your $1,000 retainer is refundable minus $100 service fee. -
Cancellations made between December 14, 2025 and January 10, 2026:
Your $1,000 retainer is non-refundable, but no additional fees will be due. -
Cancellations made between January 11 and February 10, 2026:
You will forfeit 50% of the total trip cost, in addition to the non-refundable $1,000 retainer. -
Cancellations made on or after February 11, 2026:
Unfortunately, no refunds can be given, as all bookings and accommodations will be finalized.
If the retreat does not meet the minimum of 8 participants, we reserve the right to cancel. In this case, your $1,000 retainer and any other payments will be refunded in full.
We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment. Travel Guard Insurance offers a variety of policy options you may wish to explore.
This cancellation policy is firm. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have received official registration confirmation from Meg or Amanda.

COVID-19 Policy​
Your safety and wellbeing are very important to us! We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates.
The best way to avoid ruining your trip once is to wear an N95 mask in the airports while you are traveling to Ireland!!
At the time of this writing, (Oct, 2025), there are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat, but you should make sure you have several masks with you just in case!
We also ask that you bring a couple of rapid Covid tests please.
