Your Flights

Arrival: Please plan to arrive at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan on January 19, 2025. Our program starts at 7PM and our complimentary transfer to the retreat venue will be available between 12 and 4PM on the 11th.

Departure: Schedule your departure from San Juan on January 26, 2025, for flights leaving after 12:00 PM. ​
You may plan to arrive early or depart later from Puerto Rico for more adventures at your own expense and arrangement. If you are coming early, please coordinate with Meg to get information on arriving at the retreat center.

Early Bird Pricing – Until November 15, 2025

Early bird pricing is available for registrations paid in full by November 15, 2025.

Regular pricing applies to all registrations completed after November 15, 2025.
Retainer & Refund Policy

A $500 retainer is required at the time of consultation with Meg, if we mutually decide this is an appropriate group for you.

Retainers are refundable (minus a $50 service fee to cover processing and administrative costs) until September 11, 2025.

After September 11, 2025, retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations
-
Any cancellation made between September 12 and December 10, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat price, excluding the $500 retainer.

Any cancellation made between December 11, 2025 and retreat start (January 11, 2026) will result in a total loss of funds.
Minimum Enrollment

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum number of participants is not met (your payment will be refunded in full if this occurs).
Trip cancellation insurance is STRONGLY recommended whenever making travel plans. We suggest you use Travel Guard Insurance online, as you can choose from several policy options.

This cancellation policy is firm therefore please do NOT make any travel arrangements until you receive your registration confirmation from Meg!

COVID-19 Policy​
Your safety and wellbeing are very important to us! We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates.
The best way to avoid ruining your trip once is to wear an N95 mask in the airports while you are traveling to Ireland!!
At the time of this writing (October, 2025), there are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat, but you should make sure you have several masks with you just in case!
We also ask that you bring a couple of rapid Covid tests please.
