Your Flights

Arrival: Please plan to arrive at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan on January 10, 2025. Our program starts at 6PM and our complimentary transfer to the retreat venue will be available starting at 1PM on the 18th.

Departure: Schedule your departure from San Juan on January 18, 2025, for flights leaving after 12:00 PM. ​
You may plan to arrive early or depart later from Puerto Rico for more adventures at your own expense and arrangement. If you are coming early, please coordinate with Meg to get information on arriving at the retreat center.
​*Cancellation Policy
A $500 trip retainer is required at time of registration. Trip retainers are refundable until 120 days before departure - before October 10, 2024. Less than 120 days before departure trip retainers are 100% non refundable.
Any cancellation made between October 10 and November 10, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price, excluding the $500 retainer.
Any cancellation made between: November 11 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum of 4 (*if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
Trip cancellation insurance is STRONGLY recommended whenever making travel plans. We suggest you use Travel Guard Insurance online, as you can choose from several policy options.

This cancellation policy is firm therefore please do NOT make any travel arrangements until you receive your registration confirmation from Meg!

COVID-19 Policy​
Your safety and wellbeing are very important to us! We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates.
The best way to avoid ruining your trip once is to wear an N95 mask in the airports while you are traveling to Ireland!!
At the time of this writing (October, 2024), there are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat, but you should make sure you have several masks with you just in case!
We will be providing N-95 masks in case you forget. We also ask that you bring a couple of rapid Covid tests please.
If you’re concerned about rooming with someone who has made a different vaccination choice than you, please let us know your needs in the pre-event forms and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
