This retreat was beyond my expectations.  I didn’t know what to expect, and was anxious about going, but those feelings melted away quickly.  I felt held like a warm blanket was around me the entire time. I appreciated the small group interaction, everyone holding space for each other. The therapist were kind, compassionate and professional. Each therapist brought their own personal wisdom and strength to the space. The space was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
